    • 130-150% for weekends, 125% for night shifts,

  • Responsible approach, as everything must run smoothly like a flight schedule.
  • Independence, but also a willingness to be part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn new things and gain experience in an international environment.
  • Good physical condition. Some positions are active, and you will be on your feet often.
  • Patience with administration. The security clearance is thorough and takes time.
  • Willingness to work for at least half a year, ideally with a view to a longer period.
  • Positive attitude, with which you can handle even more challenging days with a smile.

Then you need to go through a security clearance for work at the airport. Once it is approved by the authorities, you can move to the Netherlands. Upon arrival, we will accommodate you, sign the contract, and then you will pick up your work permits and training.
